The most popular time for a visit to the island is between the end of March – depending upon when Easter falls - and mid October, and all the main holiday resorts on a map of Kefalonia are open then, and the weather is normally glorious.

The warmest months are July and August, and normally the most expensive for flights and hotels, but the weather can be even better in the second half of May, June and September.
